Why carbon

  • Lighter than alloy at the same strength. Our lightest is 145g. Nothing in metal gets there without giving up wall thickness.
  • Flex adds snap. Carbon loads and releases on a shot in a way stiff alloy doesn't.
  • Won't dent or bend. No permanent divots from a check.
  • Grip textures metal can't hold. 3D raised checkered and soft tack finishes, so most players never tape.

The honest trade-off

When carbon fails, it breaks. It holds and holds and then it's done — usually mid-check, usually with no warning. Alloy dents instead, and a dented shaft still finishes the game.

  • 350g–450g — 60" long poles for LSM and close defense. The 425 is the pick if you've snapped a pole before.
