WARRANTY

 

Primo Sports Company offers a limited warranty on all products unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product lisitng. 

Primo Sports Company will replace unusable or broken products, provide store credit, and or provide a replacement of equal value that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within the warranty period noted below for the corresponding product.

SHAFTS: 

  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-135 - 3 Months (90-days) from Date of Purchase. 
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-155 - 6 Months (180-days) from Date of Purchase. 
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-175 - 6 Months (180-days) from Date of Purchase. 
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE/WARHORSE-200, 225, 300 - 12 Months (365-days) from Date of Purchase.
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-350 - 3 Months (90-days) from Date of Purchase. 
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-400 - 6 Months (180-days) from Date of Purchase.
  • OBSIDIAN/DARKHORSE-450 - 12 Months (365-days) from Date of Purchase.

MESH: 

  • 6 Months (180-days) from Date of Purchase. 

HEADS: 

  • RC1/RC1 N2O/DARKHORSE - Liftimeish Warranty Provided through 5lax.com/warranty
  • Please submit all head warranty claims through 5lax. 

Original proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a claim. Once the claim has been received, a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps you will need to take. Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.  Products received for free via giveaways and other promotions are excluded from the limited warranty. Warranty Instructions/Process:

  1. Fill out the Warranty Claim form. 
  2. Your claim will be reviewed and a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with details and next steps to take. 
  3.  Once processed, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
