Check your stick length before you buy

NFHS and NCAA rules require a goalie stick to measure 40″ to 72″ overall, head included. A 30″ shaft with a goalie head on it will usually fall short of that. If you're playing high school or college field lacrosse, measure your full setup before game day — or contact us and we'll help you work it out.

If you're playing box, in a rec league, or you already know a 30″ works for how you play, you're in the right place.

What to pick

Carbon or metal?

Carbon composite is lighter and stiffer but breaks when it fails. Scandium-titanium alloy dents or bends instead, so a damaged shaft usually finishes the game. Full breakdown in our guide to lacrosse shaft materials.
